Conditions
Vacation Club reserves the right to cancel any tour day or overnight should it become necessary due to insufficient participation or conditions beyond our control. Vacation Club reserves the right to alter and provide equal or greater substitutions due to circumstances that otherwise would not have necessitated such changes.

Responsibility
Vacation Club acts solely as agent for hotels, carriers and any connections to its offerings. Vacation Club is not liable for any delay, loss expense, or injury due to failure and/or improper operations of scheduled events or carriers.
Baggage Responsibility

Every effort is provided to safely handle your luggage. Sometimes, even with careful handling, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of use due to wear and tear, theft or breakage. Baggage handling costs cover one bag per person on one-night vacations and not to exceed three bags per person for vacations exceeding four nights or a charge of $5.00 per additional bag will be added.

Smoking
Due to health reasons and overall passenger convenience, smoking is not allowed on motor coaches. Frequent stops will allow for everyone's comfort.

Gratuities
All necessary gratuities are already included in our vacations. Motor coach operators are included and vacations that require added gratuities will be few and will be noted in advance for your convenience.

Reservations
A necessary requirement to enable a vacation to become a reality; the more advance notice, the better.

Refund Policy
Day Vacations - Refund by replacement only. No exceptions makes this a fair policy for all.

Overnight Vacations - Unless indicated in our literature, more than 30 days notice allows a 90 percent refund. Notice given 30 days or les will be charged in administrative and processing fee of $50.00 per person or ½ of the vacation cost, whichever is less, unless there are added charges than are non-refundable.

Seating Policy
First come, first served, same seat roundtrip.

Insurance
When available, cancellation insurance may save money when purchased in advance.

Boarding Policy
Please return to any point of a scheduled stop/pickup and not ask for non-scheduled stops or pickups.
